We do not use content you upload into tools (e.g., documents, PDFs) to train public models for third parties. If we use any aggregated or anonymized metrics for internal product improvements, such processing will not identify you personally.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal requirements.

If deletion is not possible immediately (for example, because data exists in backup archives), we will store it securely and isolate it from further processing until deletion is feasible.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and personal data from our active systems. We may retain certain information as required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Most web browsers accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can often change your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, some features of the Services might not work correctly.

Email marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails we send or by contacting us at teams@too1s.tech. We may still send you non-marketing emails, such as service-related or account-related messages.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting you can activate to signal that you do not want online tracking.

At this time, no uniform standard for recognizing and responding to DNT signals has been finalized. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar mechanisms.

If an industry standard for online tracking is adopted in the future and we are required to follow it, we will describe that practice in an updated version of this privacy notice.
